    We pushed harder, under eat, over exercise, and search for solutions at all hours, only to hear, “just get it together.” 

    Yet, despite our efforts, the bloating persisted. 

    Energy was elusive. The scale hardly budged as anxiety, brain fog, and mood swings worsened. Doctors told us we were “fine,” while friends brushed it off as part of aging. 


    The Solutions

    Antidepressants, birth control, or another diet we didn’t want. 


    I knew there had to be more. So, I explored clinical nutrition, functional labs, hormone education, and gut health protocols, found Dr. Steven Cabral and his D.E.S.T.R.E.S.S. Protocol, became an IHP Practitioner, and dove into the world of Bio Hacking


     From this  Modern Eudaimonia & Me Life was born, and we never looked back 


    My mission resonates with countless women who said, “I don’t feel like myself anymore… and no one is listening.”
